Attorney inquiry
Drawing up and filing lawyer inquiry with a purpose of receiving information and documents necessary for protecting interests of a client.
According to an item 6 of Laws of the Ukraine " About legal profession ", during his business activities, the lawyer has a right to:
- collect data about the facts which can be used as a proof in a case;
- ask and receive documents or copies of documents from enterprises, establishments, organizations, and associations;
- learn information necessary for performing his responsibilities from documents and materials belonging to enterprises, establishments, and organizations (excluding documents secrecy of which is protected by law).
